Criteria for Reduced Fees
ERSCP members
Participants who are already members of the ERSCP Society or would like to become members will be charged with the reduced “ERSCP member” conference fee. They will be also charged with the ERSCP Society membership fee (except those who participated in the SCORAI-ERSCP-WUR conference 2023 in Wageningen).
Student’s fees
The criteria for reduced student’s fee are as follows:

- Full-time students and PhD students enrolled in a college or university
- External PhD students enrolled in a university
An evidence of the student’s / PhD’s status must be submitted during the registration (e.g. by uploading student’s ID). The participants who cannot meet the above requirements or cannot provide required evidence are NOT eligible for the reduced fee.
One-day Participation
For participants attending in person, a one-day attendance option is available at 40% of the full fee. If you wish to attend for just one day, please indicate this in the registration form (in the field for remarks and questions). The fee will be adjusted accordingly when we issue your invoice.
Cancelation Policy
This policy applies to participants who have already paid the conference fee.

- Cancellation of in-person participation by 30 August 2025: 80% of the paid fee will be refunded.
- Change from in-person to online participation by 30 August 2025: 80% of the difference between the in-person and online fee will be refunded.
- After 30 August 2025, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes.
The cancellation fee covers administrative costs related to processing cancellations and expenses already incurred by the organizers based on the expected participation (e.g. catering, venue bookings, etc.).
