Poster Award

All posters displayed during the conference will be reviewed on-site by a dedicated jury of experts, who will evaluate the contributions based on criteria such as

• • Innovation and content quality
  • Graphic design
  • Relevance to the conference topics

The presenters are expected to be present at their poster so that they can engage with the conference participants and answer their questions. Key time slot of the Poster Session is scheduled on 17 September, 10:30-13:00.

The winner(s) of the Poster Award will be announced during the Closing Session (18 September, 14:00 – 16:00).

Best Article Award

The ERSCP Society organizes the Best Article Award that recognises outstanding research in sustainability by members of the ERSCP community. The 2025 edition will award one Best Article and highlight 10–15 Recommended Articles, selected from nominations of articles published in 2023, 2024 or 2025. Eligible articles must be written in English and based on work presented by the author at a previous ERSCP conference (Graz 2021 or Wageningen 2023). Scientific quality and broader impact (e.g. downloads, discussions) will be considered.

All submitted articles will be reviewed by the Jury. Authors must agree to the publication of the article’s title and abstract on ERSCP social media. Awarded authors will receive an official certificate signed by the Jury and its Chair. Nominations of exciting and groundbreaking sustainability research are warmly welcome.

The winner(s) of the Best Article Award will be announced during the Closing Session (18 September, 14:00 – 16:00).
